Our Standard apartment is a 38 square meter studio apartment with a choice of a King-size bed or two twin beds. Relax and enjoy sundowners on the sunny balcony or laze next to the heated pool soaking up the Cape sun. Fresh towels are supplied daily. All apartments are non-smoking and serviced daily.

In addition to complimentary WiFi Broadband, phone cards for our on-site public call-box are sold at reception. Personal Laundry service is offered Monday – Friday. A library of selected DVDs & CDs is on hand. Enjoy tea/coffee from the pool kitchenette.

Terms & Conditions

Rates quoted include 14% V.A.T., daily service, staff gratuities, use of the internet office and undercover parking for one car per apartment.

Bookings:

Provisional bookings are held for 72 hours, thereafter lapsing if not confirmed.

Deposit:

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation (with a minimum value of 1 night's accommodation) is required within 24 hours after making the reservation to secure.

Cancellation:

Our cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made:

Minimum fee for any cancellation is ZAR 150.
More than 28 days prior	- forfeit 10% of the total amount
21-28 days prior	- forfeit 25% of the total amount
14-21 days prior	- forfeit 50% of the total amount
7-14 days prior	- forfeit 75% of the total amount
Less than 7 days prior	- forfeit 100% of the total amount
In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

Refunds:

Refunds of deposits are at the discretion of management and are generally non-refundable (R150 administration charge applies).

Tariffs:

Tariffs are quoted in ZA Rand per apartment for two people and are subject to change. Rates are inclusive of V.A.T., off-street parking for one car, use of the free internet office.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive the specific apartment requested, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception service.

Children:

Children above the age of 16 are welcome.

Liability:

Management and staff or any other person associated with Oceantide will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person whilst on the premises or property of the owners of Oceantide.
